Fiona Ma was pleased to meet with the Executive Committee of the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC), along with RCRC staff and the leadership of the Golden State Connect Authority and Golden State Finance Authority.
The conversation focused on funding opportunities and shared priorities for strengthening rural California, including expanding broadband, investing in infrastructure and housing, supporting economic development, and improving access to public finance.
Fiona believes that by working together with local leaders, California can help rural communities grow, create opportunity, and thrive.
