South Bay Black Journal has published a new article by Fiona Ma focused on ballot accuracy and the practical steps California voters can take to make sure their vote is counted.
In “Your Ballot Is Your Voice — Make Sure It Is Counted,” Fiona walks through the importance of completing, sealing and signing a vote-by-mail ballot correctly, returning it on time and using California’s “Where’s My Ballot?” service to track its status.
The article also explains that voters can correct certain signature problems after Election Day and encourages Californians to respond promptly if their county elections office contacts them about a ballot issue.
