After a week of eating, Fiona Ma got together in Rancho Palos Verdes for an early morning walk—what a glorious day. 🌅 According to recent studies, getting at least 30 minutes of active exercise a day helps prevent chronic diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and supports better mental health and longevity.
